At L-M-Ents we support with hours of training to improve endurance, strength, conditioning. But when it comes to race week its all about rest, nutrition, mental preparation and getting your equipment right. The best triathletes try pretty hard to have an established routine for the preparation of their kit, both when packing top travel to the race and then getting it all ready before racing. The less stressful the better. So if you do Triathlon, make sure you have at home a race bag which has all those things that might help waiting ready for action. Duct tape, safety pins, drinks bottles, number belts, vaseline, running hat, talc can all set in a bag ready to pick up as you pack so that you don't have to keep remembering a huge list.
