The L.M.ents team seek to improve the health and performance of sports enthusiasts at all levels by providing specialist input in the fundamental building blocks of all sports.  At is purest, the foundation of all athletic activity requires Strength, Flexibility, Movement, Co-ordination and Endurance.  These Elements may be required in different proportions by different athletes in different sports, so our approach is to understand specific athlete requirements and then enhance the specific elements to help overall achievement
