Chester v Bolton Results

Fantastic to see a race in which the majority of riders were women! We want to be inclusive, but great to have the Bolton women dominating the turnout in this race. That having been said, Charlie Price from Chester led everyone home as Chester took the top 3 places. Paul Lupton was the first across the line from Bolton. But Claire Burns and Ella Carter made the Bolton A-Team.

So while Chester had the faster riders, the numbers from Bolton ensured that their A Team tied for the top points in this race. This perhaps shows how our scoring system recognises the faster riders, but everyone in the Club gets the benefit if you can get the numbers to turn up and race.
