Barbarians v Mersey Results

As one of the key objectives of the whole series is to foster a bit of inter-club co-operation and support, its great to have the Barbarians Team involved, bringing togetehr riders from all over the North West to work together. Ian Elsby did his beat by beating the Mersey Captain, Dan Waller home in a closing sprint. Sophie Billingham was Mersey's highest point scorer though, coming in 7th overall and the first woman over the line.

Proving yet again it is a team sport, despite the Barbarians having the first across the line, it was Mersey A who picked up the most rider points, and with the bonus from getting that C team out, they topped the charts for this event.
