This Thursday our Athlete 'Bl' is taking on the classic Alpe'd'Huez Triathlon with the 2.2k swim in Lake Verney, 118kms bike with classic Alpine climbs of over 3000m and a brisk 20k around the ski resort to finish. A brutal challenge!
